Feint not working as described

Steps:
1. I spent 22 merits into THF merit category 2: "Feint", fully unlocking it level 5.
2. I entered Dynamis - Beaucedine with my friends, killed all of the enemies necessary to reach the maximum time allowable in Dynamis, and proceeded to fight orcs around the area of (I/J-6/7).
3. Upon the appearance of a Notorious Monster orc such as Lockbuster Zapdjipp, or any of the others I have listed, I used the job ability "Feint" via a macro which reads: "/ja Feint <me>", and I proceeded to strike the notorious monster with a melee attack before the effect of "Feint" wore off.
4. Despite being inflicted with the effect of "Feint", and despite the fact that I have fully meritted "Feint", and despite the fact that "Feint" has a description which implies a fully meritted "Feint" should force the next hit to cause an added effect of "Treasure Hunter level up", no such "Treasure Hunter level up" effect was inflicted upon the enemy.
5. I repeated the attempt several times on several different Nortorious Monsters and even a few normal enemies in the area and never received a "Treasure Hunter level up" effect on the attack immediately following my use of the job ability "Feint" inside the area Dynamis - Beaucedine.
6. After leaving Dynamis - Beaucedine, I then decided to to test on various enemies in the area "Meriphataud Mountains" near the outpost and received similar results. "Feint" has yet to inflict any of my enemies with the effect of "Treasure Hunter level up" even though its description claims that additional merit points spent into THF merit point category 2: "Feint" "Increase chance of Treasure Hunter level up by 25 percent.", and I have 4 additional levels of "Feint" (beyond the first level, of course) which should total a 100 percent chance for "Treasure Hunter level up".

Feint Level 5 Increases your chance to Upgrade by 100%, It does Not give a 100% upgrade rate.

Example: You have 10% Chance to upgrade Treasure hunter on melee hits, Fully Merited Feint will give you 20%, Because its +100% Proc rate (Doubled Original), So 20%.

Its bad translation/interpretation, But this was discussed on the test server when it was implemented. Its working as intended, People just interpreted it wrong. Except me, I knew from the beginning it was going to be like this...

I, myself, felt there had to be some catch when I first read the description, but its literal meaning in English would be interpreted by 4 out of 5 thieves as I described above. An 80% misinterpretation rate is something which should probably be addressed, so I did my best to submit a bug report exactly as their template requests we do so in the hopes that the message might go through the proper channels without getting blocked by a "Greetings, Yinnyth!
