Nah, don't have that club yet. I recovered 407 MP prior to upgrading the gown. After upgrading it, I recovered 408 a whole extra 1 MP. But that's not what I'm concerned about the time elapsed. But I don't wanna make a more extensive test... :/

The time elapsed depends on the HP and isn't necessarily an indicator of the conversion rate, neither is the total amount. You don't get an MP bonus with more Sublimation gear equipped, it only converts the HP to MP faster. So it's possible that it took longer because you had higher HP at one point. Before you confirm that, a bug report makes little sense, as it's entirely possible that the error lies with you, as indicated by Daniel_Hatcher's testing.

Not saying you're wrong, it could very well be that they messed up on the real server implementation, just saying that the information you provided isn't enough to fully support that. I don't have the +2 body yet, so I cannot test it myself yet, but if you could provide some more numbers, this bug report would have a lot more meaning.

As I said, to proper test it simply change to SCH/RDM (or anything but /WHM, /SMN or /PLD), unequip all Regen and Refresh gear, use up some MP (100 should be enough), make sure you're at full HP (can cure yourself to use up some MP and get to full HP) and finally Sublimation. After 30s hit it again. Then tell us how much HP you've lost and how much MP you've recovered, that would clear everything up and we could judge whether or not there is a bug.
