Steps: I entered the battlefield and used a doom screen and a primeval brew, I managed to use one weapon skill then Shinryu continually used job abilities and spells for the whole battle, Since shinryu is healed when it is using abilities and spells, this made it impossible for me to deal damage and therefore kill it. It used the following:

Stonega IV
Protostar 8 times in a row
Waterga IV
Meteor 3 times in a row.

Honestly the drop rates on the armour is ridiculous anyway, so don't know why I bothered in the first place.

lol... Wait until it changes mode (when it goes into the air then underground then back up), then it won't take dmg when it's casting or using a WS.
