    Cannot complete the mission Lost for Words

    Cannot complete the mission Lost for Words
    Platform: Windows

    Date & Time: um several times starting 4 months ago to now 18mar2012 1900
    Frequency: Everytime I've tried to do the mission over the last 6+ months now.

    Race: Taru
    World: Bahamut
    Main Job: Blm
    Support Job: Brd
    Area and Coordinates: Windhurst woods J-3
    Party or Solo: Both
    NPC Name: Nanaa Mihgo
    Monster Name: None
    Steps:
    1. Have started the mission and talked to the first NPC Tosuka-Porika who directs me to talk to Nanaa Mihgo
    2. I talk to Nanaa Mihgo who is supposed to give me the Key Item Lapis Monocle.
    3. She instead only says "I can't stand the sight of you. Get out of herrre, and don't show yourrrr face to me any time soon.
    4. I attempt to continue on with the mission without the Lapis Monocle I am unable to obtain Lapis Coral from the fossil rocks and therefore can't continue though I have tried.
    5. I have contacted GMs several times and only gotten the response about how they can't fix it in any way shape or form including resetting the mission or giving me the key item. Instead they just tell me they sent it to the developers who are the only ones who can fix it
    6. It's been a good 4 months now and apparently the developers haven't even sent any response back to anyone on if they are even investigating it and so I got told to post here.
    7. Have tried file checks made sure I'm not on any mission/quest involved with said npc. Tried it on another same problem. Tried repeating several times. Once with a GM telling me what to do step by step and asking me specific missions/quests that would conflict and nothing.
    8. This is getting rather frustrating since I can't even enter chateau d'Oraguille, can't finish A moogle Kupo d'etat missions, can't go further in nation missions, can't start Zilart missions, can't go to Sky, can't do dynamis... etc. Even more frustrating since I keep getting we will pass this along but there is no word or anything done afterwards

    that sounds almost like a response from an NPC when you have low fame? Makes me wonder if maybe the glitch is that for some reason it is checking first for a regular quest you don't have enough fame or other pre-req's to log it, so she's just shrugging you off.
