I would imagine the Mission Reward gear will never be on a storage slip because when something is on a slip, the game behaves as if you don't have it. This would let you "cheat" and get all three CoP rights for example, as the game would think you dropped one. And for the mini-expansions and the Moonshade earring, the augments are going to keep those from being stored.

It would be nice if a whole lot of other R/E gear you listed could be stored though!
