Remove experience points

ok i normaly dont mind people with thier own idears but what has happend to gammers today always want things easy if ur that botherd with exp why not just have the amount u need lowerd and u might as well have no levels just have job names if u want to start of at level 99 cause that is odd 98 levels that u never see.

P.S please dont take offence it is not in my intensions to offend anyone.

I want easy things to read.
