Remove experience points

Leveling is currently so quick in abyssea, and more often than not people simply leech in parties without actually doing anything. This leeching provides no benefit, and i suggest that instead of making us do this, instead remove experience points from the game entirely, and simply have everyone start at level 99, without needing to exp at all.

Should just get rid of all the exp in abyssea period. would put this game at a perfect balance and open vana'diel back up.
