-Merit Feint to 5/5
-Equip Assassin's Armlets +2 and Raider's Poulaines +2 for Treasure Hunter gear, used Atma of the Siren Shadow, Atma of Cloak and Dagger, Atma of Dread.
-(/nin) Hit Marid, try feint -> bully/SA no increase.
-(/sch) Feint Marid, sleep -> SA no increase.

all it does is double your chance to upgrade TH, Not give you 100% upgrade rate.

Example: You have 10% Chance to Upgrade TH, With Feint on, You have 20% Chance. Willing to bet this is not a glitch, Its just working exactly as i said it would work.

(Edit: But thanks for reporting it, If it is a glitch, I'll be happy :O, but I'm expecting this to be it )

Meant to post with this account, he was on autologin for some reason and I didn't notice, can ignore that and rep with me. But @Karbuncle why would it only yield 50% increase when it says 25% per merit?

But @Karbuncle why would it only yield 50% increase when it says 25% per merit?

⌐ ⌐ Are you talking about my 10% and 20% Example? You know 20% is +100% over 10% yah?

That's what I was afraid of. It multiplies on the upgrade chance, instead of add.

p*(100%+(m-1)*25%)

Where p is the normal upgrade chance and m is the number of merits. So with 5 merits it would be
p*(100%+(5-1)*25%) = p*(100%+4*25%) = p*200% = 2*p,
which really isn't all that impressive. Not sure if I'll merit it yet. Depends on how drunk I am the next time I get 30 merits, I guess.
