Next items for the login campaign?

I've been considering some possibilities, perhaps in the 1,000 point category, we can put Abjuration II items in there?

Not the hexed gear, but the abjurations to uncurse said items.

Can do it in kupons too, like Kupon AB. It wouldn't be a big issue considering that the players have to go through the task of obtaining the hexed gear, this'd be for the people who have the items.

i wonder (trying to be serious) why they dont put stuff like bounding boots or assult jerkin in there. i mean iv'e been helping several (new) players that would get use out of them. i know people say abyssea fast xp. but, the few i'm helping like to go slower so they can skill up. one just did 55 cap only one job higher then 20. <,< she could get some use out of them vs camping something like LL over and over or getting something like af3 that she probably doesn't need any time soon(nor knows what jobs she taking all the way up)so they can get something relivant to there playing level.

That would be neat adding those ra-ex drops that used to be killer (and still are for those of us who don't care to abyburn).

And since it's a safe bet that there's gonna be at least ONE more... (you know how it is with the #4 in Japan)
I'd also like to see +2s on there... mostly cause I'm lazy. I've been using my pts to +1 stuff for jobs that I might level... cause for the one's I actually play now I did the work to get them +2'd.

But with Abyssea basically being dead, even xp pts are less ubiquitous; no one is shouting for farming anymore.
But then... that's kinda because once you hit 99, you might as well just spring for some bayld gear.

BUT then when they iLv the artifact, relic, and empyrean sets...... (which I'm betting will also add relic and empy sets for RUN and GEO at the same time as the update) ppl might want/need to +2 their empy gear.

Hopefully this iLv-fication of the older AFs will make ppl want to do the farming again.

They could always add them in the 2000 points category or add new 4000 point one. Getting 1 dross, cinder, linen pouch, heavy metal pouch, or 100 piece per character wouldn't be that bad. It would put more cinders in the system, which would be nice. They already added shanks each time in one form or another, which lead to D rings for all. So adding those won't be game breaking.

I can tell you right now, without a doubt, if they add things I needed, like cinders, I would take 300 mules to collect them, and so would 1000 other people.

Adding those HMP and cinders and even Alexandrites.... both would and would not do any harm.

During the campaign and for a while after, it would severely destroy the market for them... even if it was only 1 piece at the 1kpt mark.... (I'd bet it'd be a "bag" at either the 1k or 2k mark)
Which... I guess is bad if you make your living off of selling them... but within a year the price would be back up.
So it's more like "these are temporarily worthless now" type of deals.

Which I'm fine with.
Cause I'm pretty sure these campaigns aren't going to go on for longer than 1-2 more.

I'll actually be shocked if there is less than 20 log-in campaigns.

If people keep doing them > no merge > more log-ins.

If people stop > no more excuse to not merge > no more log-ins.

Anything of any actual value from log-in, would be broken beyond all control.
Give linen bags > instant 1000 (maybe more 99 mythics)
Give HMP bags > instant 1000 empyrean 99s
Give Dynamis money/marrows(lol) > instant 10,000 relic 99s

People are willing to pay money for gil, what makes you think they won't create 1000 accounts to collect something worth hundreds of millions of gil.
