Assassin's Culottes +2

Hello again!

I recently leveled Thief and was looking at the options for Steal equipment when I noticed something strange.

Assassin's Culottes +1
Assassin's Culottes +2

They lose +5 Steal. I tried to check the Japanese version of Assassin's Culottes +2 using FFXIAH and Google translate and I think they might have +6 Steal on them in the JP version.

Also, if you have had any luck verifying that Terpsichore's "Augments Steps" changes between 75 and 99, I would love to hear about it!

Edit: This also has me wondering if Rogue's Bonnet +1 is wrong somehow, or if it actually loses its +1 Steal. Neither version has +1 Steal represented. It seems kind of silly to keep removing enhancements of the ability that the designers claim is the hallmark of the job when you upgrade your gear.
