Why would they move servers to US when they could do it in china which is much closer and much cheaper, do you think you are the center of the world ?
China has a lot of restrictions on internet and it may cause a problem by doing this.. They have implemented laws based on MMO related playing and servers in that country have a lot of rules they have to follow I said it previously as a hypothetical but more then likely as of reality it wouldn't be an option
