if this is an xbox install, it may be an xbox hardware failure error code (don't think POL codes put letters in like that either). Are you getting any red lights?

Thanks for answering raist and nope, i have a PS3 so i'm no having the red lights you mention. And yes i'm pretty sure is from my end, problem is that it shouldn't be if you keep your system updated, and yes, i had filed checked FF and it says nothing, but that file check is pretty bad imo.
