Everyone's Grudging broke?

I killed the bomb today for the Everyone's Grudging quest in Den of Rancor, then went back to Kazham to get my reward. Not only did I not get it, the NPC did not acknowledge the win AND the quest was removed from my incomplete quest list and did not appear on my completed quests list. I could not get it again.

Considering you mention it to have been active, the situation is a bit different but here's a thought: Make sure you have finished Everyone's Grudge, if it is active. If not, perhaps start it and finish it off to make sure it is not a requirement for this (I've not been able to do that yet).

As you can read from the Discussion page of Everyone's Grudging, I once experienced difficulties in getting this quest to activate before finishing off the other quest.

Dragoy had brought up a good point in this matter (thanks Dragoy). Did you have the quest active in your questlog when you defeated the monster? And did you have the quest "Everyone's Grudge" active when you defeated the monster and attempted to turn in the quest? We would also need the following information.
