I apologize for the direction this thread went. My main point (albeit cryptic and subtle) to the OP was to let him/her know that even a BAD idea formulated in a cohesive and intelligible manner is infinitely better than a GOOD and well thought out idea written poorly. If you need to convey your ideas, do so in a manner that encourages people to read them.

Your ideas aren't inherently bad, they're just worded more to sound like a rant than anything constructive. No one is really sure what it is you're trying to suggest.
