Solo 80% haste ^^

It is possible for DRK to reach the haste cap solo ^^

Haste dagger = 15% magic haste

Gear
Head = 8%
Body = 4%
Hands = 5%
Feet = 3%

Total so far = 35%

Last resort = 25%

Total so far = 60%

Hydra Tights and Haste belt enchanent = 20% magic haste

Total = 80% solo haste (once every 20 hrs for 3 min)

I thought this was pretty interesting since if you were in a zerg w/ a COR using the above would be insane for zerg fights (ofc u'd get a mage to haste you instead of using a dagger)

I'm surprised they didn't when they upped the time, seems like something they'd do. Give with one hand, take away with another.

Desperate Blows: Reduces delay for two-handed weapons (by 5% for each merit) when using Last Resort.

You can proc haste from the dagger then swap weapons. Common practice for a THF,NIN,DNC. The problem is how much damage do you lose swinging the dagger waiting for a proc.
