Repurchasing FFXI from setup thru Abyssea questions

I had to wipe my computer and need to repurchase POL and FFXI from Start thru Abyssea. Where can I purchase and will all my codes work with the new purchase?

While I'm assuming this is not technical enough for you to get an official answer (Account/Billing issues are only dealt with via the Support Centre), I can share my thoughts on this.

Your previous codes are registered to your POL/SQUARE ENIX Account, not the game-installation.

So in other words, yes, even if you were to obtain a new copy of the game itself, you would still be able to use your old Member Information to use the services, as long as you remember your log-in credentials. The codes from the new copy could be used to register any additional services to your old account as well, if you are missing any of the add-ons for example, or you can use them to create another account.

As for retailers of the game, check the official site depending on your region, which you can find from:

• www.playonline.com

You should be able to find the sites via the main-banner of the playonline-site of your region.

One option would be Steam, which might be convenient to some, but I personally would avoid that for various reasons, and look for either a digital copy not 'tied' to Steam, or one on actual physical media.
