    quick blu traits question

    do all traits with multiple spells have multiple tiers? or only some? e.g there are now 4 spells for the counter trait, if you set all 4 is it counter II?

    While player information risks being incomplete there is a list of all known Blue Mage traits and when applicable, tiers. Not every trait has higher tiers but many do.
