The dev's aren't the best players. They prob got to floor 60. What they should do is hold a contest for the best to try to get 100 on the test server, and see how well they do.

Define best. I'm assuming you mean "Take some of the biggest 'names' with the best gear in ffxi and throw them together in a party"? Putting aside the fact that household names no longer exist in ffxi (the vast majority of the top is around the same skill level, the game's just not hard), it still wouldn't be ideal.

Strong teamwork is just as important as strong individuals in Nyzul. The best groups out there are going to be ones that have worked together for years already, not ones that are thrown together on the test server and comprised of people who have never worked together before. It wouldn't matter how strong each individual member was if their teamwork is green.

I would like to issue a challenge to the dev team.

Under the current rules of Nyzul isle the uncharted ect

Reach floor 100 and obtain HQ gear

U may use any gear that is available in the game inc Relics, Mythic and emperyans.

Then once/if you do this can we get a screenshot of you obtain the gear and how many runs it took you.

We're talking about people who have defeated the Absolute Virtue -the right way- back in the days of 75. And I bet they haven't puked even once whilst tackling Pandemonium Warden too.
