I don't like the nerf-bat, but atm, I'm much more concerned w/ the drop in the proposed duration of killer instinct form 3 min to 1.

That was a typo, it got the same treatment as other circles. It was only 1 minute before, but now it's 3. If you look at the update again you'll notice they fixed the error earlier today.
