Cutscene not displaying correctly

I had an issue when getting limit break 6 quest done, believe name was New Worlds Await, didn't display right. I've done the quest before on another character, so I know the difference from what I saw and what it should look like.

The result of the quest did happen properly, though, with my level cap raised to 80, and items and merits being used.

Frequency: Once, didn't do it multiple times to see since on this system with this provider, or since last update.

Area and Coordinates: Starting NPC Nomad Moogle just behind Maat, don't remember exact position.
Party or Solo: solo
NPC Name: Nomad Moogle
Monster Name: None
Steps: Quest, traded 5 kindred seals to Nomad Moogle after flagging quest, then accepted upgrade.
Then the other moogle appeared out of nowhere, and came to face the Nomad Moogle, with no camera change to hide the sudden appearance. Then there were some dialogue, which was the same as first time I did it when the quest was introduced, then the Magian Moogle that appeared did it's animation where it hits you with stars while facing the Nomad Moogle. Then the following dialogue was correct, along with my level cap being increased to 80, and items and merit points being consumed.
