Some glitchy cs's

I try to start the Divine Might cs each time i am in sky ( dropped earring 2 months ago and can't get the quest active since i can't even get this cs to start)

West Sarutabaruta S was for the Howl from the Heavens mission for Windy S.
I had just defeated the 4 waves of monsters attacking the defenses when the cs starts. My camera just stays positioned at what i was looking at before the cs started. I can see the text dialog. Npc's are in the distance but you cannot follow the action.

Aht Urghan Whitegate: here i stare at a brown wall when I get the last cs for defeating Alexander prime.

The Shrine of Ru'Avitau: Unable to start the DM cutscene to trigger the quest to re obtain an earring.
