    yeah.. that's just another aspect of the interface that needs an overhaul in general...there is so much information that could be displayed on our screens that is left off. It's all in the log file, just not shown (without 3rd party tools, that is). It's possible on the PC, just not so much on the legacy system.....if we could just scrap that thing and get a redesign one day. 'Tis nice to dream.......

    i understand what you are sayin about bad whms and such but the original complaint here is the other near by players (or mobs) you dont give a hoot about cause they are not in your party.

    course no one plays like i do but when i change jobs i change my filters if i really need to see certain things. heck i change them depending on what im doin day to day. anything that requires procs and im not solo i uncheck the party actions so i can see whats being cast/done and when. or if i am skillchaining (whats a skillchain) but usually i have that off if i do not need them.
