AF3 +2 5/5 set

well it seems to be working for me seeing as i do between 30~40%(30 being when something goes really bad or when i have to be more reserved or not getting enough chained staggers) of any VWNMs HP on parses, so i must be doing something right.

Also, the wars/sams are actually very well-geared and know how to do their job very effectively.

Just saying this is off topic since it's not the af3+2 5/5 thats making you do 40% (tho if ya do that much somthing is MAJORLY worng with your other DDs)

either way ignore acc and tp builds for sec (we are talking in VW and /w relic (+35 acc))

ANY gear that has 1% Double attack or more will trump the Af 5/5 effect

Quick examples
Jingang Greaves 2% Double attack
Calmecac Trousers 2% double 2% triple attack
Avant Gauntlets +1 2% double attack (prolly would still use bale hands here)
Avant Mail +1 3% double attack.

As for on paper bs it's more common sense...

If you can't see how 1% chance to deal double damage and give double tp(double attack) is better than 1% chance to give double dmg(af3 set) then you lack common sense.

When acc mattars
Acc > Af procs

When acc, store tp and haste don't matter

Lucky you lol. I see way too many garbage sams and warriors daily >.<
