VW DC

I'm trying to keep this cool while I type, even though I'm really upset about the whole matter. This DC thing in VW is extremly frustrating. Ok, we all know people DC like mad in VW, but to make matters worse I thought they said they fixed it so if you did DC you could come back and check the rift to get the rewards, etc?

Just did Quilin, 4x, DC'd two times near the end of two of the four fights, came back and each time I couldnt recieve rewards, cruor, xp, even though we killed it all four times AND i used all four of my stones to pop the thing all four times!

I only have two questions.

1. Why must these VW areas be swarming with mobs? Get rid of them, completely. Nobody is going to miss them. You want people to DC every time or enjoy the game? Dont create content on top of content on top of content. Pick one. Is this gonna be an area that nobody kills anything in now because they are in abyssea or is this gonna be a VW area where the rift is, where players can rest without dealing with aggro or extra DC issues.

2. Why after DCing can't I check the rift to recieve my rewards? especially after I'm the one that popped it, I lost the stone because when I went to refill I refilled another four stones so I KNOW that I used up all four stones on that run.
