Process:
The Above is a Record of Every mob I have fought over the course of time since I've merited Exenterator, The "Steelshell" Is the mob i designated Directly for Testing. However, Each of the Above Listed mobs Have had the effects tested on.

When Activated, Exenterator Lowers an Enemies Accuracy, Duration is Said to vary with TP. However, The Effect Duration is static across all Percentile, 100, 200, and 300%. This Number is 90s.

I believe this to be Incorrect, As stated above, the Weaponskill Describes it as "Effect Duration Varies with TP". Now, I wouldnt mind if you changed this to "Damage varies with tp" , But for the time, I think the mistake is simply in Duration.

This is a serious thread. It may be a repost of my previous response, But that was dismissed as "not taking it seriously" along with the rest of the thread when it was locked.

I provided lengthy and detailed information not as a mockery, But in order to prove it was not an isolated incident. This was to show the Effect Error appears to be with the Weapon-skill, Not the Enemy or Enemies resistance which may have caused interference, Which, as you may or may not now, Could be possible.
