Blue Mage and Voidwatch Procing

NMs are immune to Plague (aside from Fafnir, he's the only NM I've ever seen plague land on) and thus Lowing would be an absolutely horrible proc spell. I have no idea who started circulating the rumor that it's a VW proc, but over countless hours of VW on BLU and through the use of common sense I can confirm with 99.99% certainty that Lowing is not a proc spell.

There's been times where i've casted the other 4 fire element procs and none of them have procced. And lowing gets resisted almost always. So either it is a proc and there's only a select few NMs it can land on (where the info comes from), or one of the other fire spells is the real 5th proc.

Of course there's option c, a game glitch caused one of the 4 spells to not proc.

So, when are we going to see any sort of response about cutting down voidwatch procs for blue magic down?

Balance will not be a correct answer, because the balance between procs on BLU and other jobs is already very, very bad.

Have had this happen as well, and it was the EV proc. At the very least, the /fume technique being known now a group shouldn't run into too much trouble.

Welcome to the future, where settable Dual Wield and Triple attack exist

among other things but getting access to berserk + DW3 + TA (if you choose to set it, if not still get DA from war sub) is always nice for higher level mobs

Being the one and only blue in VW is something I run from. The spell situation needs to be addressed, I was wondering if they could just let the blue spells be open like other mages during VW. I have never had the luxury of another blue in the alliance so I resent being yelled at to cast a spell I don't have loaded, it is always the one you don't have that you need, Murphy's Law. VW is not pleasant as it is, I am an authority on logs, rocks and ores, my other empy job is Nin and there are a thousand of those out there.

I'm tempted to just not tell people I have Blu now with VW... But yea it just kills me that they make changes to all the procs but leave blu alone... I mean honestly what is that crap. At least reduce the number of procs, and make them all spells that are damage and wont be resisted.
