Incoming BST pet Treasure Hunter Nerf!

Even after the change, I still get a better drop rate than my nin.

As far as i know the changes have not been made towards the bst pet nerf. Though I may be wrong.

Lol man I came to the bst forum and all I find is a bunch of whining and griping. Seriously I think I even read a post where people were talking about quitting bc TH dropped from 3 to 1 on dipper and falcor. What a bunch of spoiled children.
I recently leveled a bst and I feel incredibly overpowered compared to my other 4 jobs.
I could go bst/dnc to pretty much anything. My ninja has great gear and it is a fairly intense fight for me to solo some things as nin/dnc. I don't get nearly the same drop rate as my thf but the survivability I thought, was great. Then I leveled up bst and got some pdt axes and I can basically afk the same fights and get a better drop rate.
Even after the change, I still get a better drop rate than my nin. I can just sub thf in abyssea. Sometimes I sub nin tho for chance at yellow. In dynamis I still sub dnc for procs and get about 40-50 more coins per clear than my friend who goes thf/dnc and has WAY better gear and weapons than I do. I got nothing to complain about but it looks like a lot of you just need a diaper change or something

Pet TH changes haven't been implemented yet. And TH1 is never going to beat TH2 on anything ever.

I think you said u dont get better drop rate on thf then u do on bst. I think it would be the gear ur wearing. I have solo on bst in dyna good 95% of the time and the other 5% with other ppl. From bst alone i make around 100-150ish coin depending on where i camp. Other times i duo with a thf with th8 if he proc and i get around 200-300 and about 600% more forgotten so saying that bst has a better drop rate then thf isnt correct. I dont have good gear on bst at all other then axe -10 psy hit for pet so its great to solo in dyna with this set up. I have tried to solo on dc in dyna and took about 10mins for the fight for one mob(whitemage mob). And if i have a friend that can solo it in about 1-3mins i think its not fare to say that bst has more power then nin(and nin has a good weapon and ok good gear). Also i have seen thf solo and duoing alot faster then my bst again bst has more power then other jobs isnt correct at all. and when u state that ppl are whining your doing the same thing whining about the ppl whining. So plz if you dont have anything good to say about us whining about bst plz dont say it. O and one more think if TH3 is now TH does that mean we get 1/3 of the drop rate?

Not that I agree with the person above you but you just said your BST doesn't have great gear but others with good gear and weapons do better than you, isn't that a given?

Also getting 50 more coins with a second person tagging along isn't all that great, you would get that with anyone extra tagging along because it's double the manpower, double the chances of proccing and double the killspeed.

Yeah I looked over that list and saw the same load of nothing. I'm sure the nerf was simply a far, far higher priority than adding in our partial rebate.

I dunno if I'm supposed to do this, but I'd like to request the reps check with the devs to see when this gear might be implemented or if it has been already and it just hasn't been found. Are we currently testing the balance of this adjustment to see if the gear will be implemented at all? Any answers would be very much appreciated.

It would be greatly appreciated if we could at-least know what's up with pet: treasure hunter being on armor peaces and when it would be added. ;o I know the team releases information on a need to know basis but we already know they said they would be adding some armor parts that give treasure hunter so can we at-least know if its synergy or if its in testing?

They aren't adding any gear. They said straight out, we will not get equal or stronger TH than a /THF. Unless the level cap goes to level 180 anyway, then maybe there will be one piece.
