I'd just go with Pet: Damage Taken -10%. The two augments don't compliment each other, but both are unique and useful.
The highest viable Curing Waltz is Curing Waltz III, which has a ten second recast time. A two second reduction on a ten second recast is substantial. Recasts are a much larger limiter on Waltzes than TP cost, so the reduction is also important.
