I said multiple times that for me it always splits at 30s and that I found a video on youtube of gimps attempting it where it also splits at 30s, and I even said I found other videos where it splits earlier. To this I deducted that the split condition as has 2 sub condition one being T<=30 s and the other one being a mystery so far.

There are no video of it taking 2 minutes to split, you're full of crap.
