Anyone else get absolutely no help from the online chat? The guy took forever to respond to each question, didn't have any of my account info (or know my account name or reason I was there) even though I had to fill out that form just to get there giving my security questions and everything.

Then when he finally understands what I'm asking he gives a reply I can't trust and closes the chat on me! What happened to the GM attitude where they ask if they can do anything else and actually listen to what you have to say?

Anyways I'm posting this because my request I put in by phone still hasn't gone through and they will only tell me to "wait for an email" with no ETA. I hate SE's support (and logging in a million times for every little thing sucks too).
