These pretty much lay it all out for you. Can solo your way all the way to 99 outside abby, keeping skills at least fairly close to cap. If they don't stay capped, you can start capping skills periodically via the various aby zones once you get up in level so you can hold your own solo, or do it the old fashioned way and join/form a skillup group.
