Well I mean on a personal level. As a business, they also have to put their employees into the equation.
And they're culture is a tad more family oriented than that of NA. I speak of the bulk and not people as individuals when i make that claim.
And I know for me, when I'm not in work, I dont care or think about work. I'm not getting paid to. There's a time and place for everything, and right now, is not XI's nor the user base's time.
