eh.. we 3-manned some Nyzul the other night for 20 floors...not too hard for the most part now with jobs 95+. Would imagine the other assaults would be on par with 3 also now if you set them with no level cap.....been a few years, but seem to recall the options were like 60, 70, or no cap? Although, it would be nice to be able to just go in and fart around with some of them solo/duo for a challenge I guess.

It would be convenient, perhaps, but they have mentioned that as the rewards are geared for 3-6 characters, they are not planning on removing the limit (whatever that means is beyond me, and I don't remember/know if they were talking about Nyzul Isle Investigation or all the Assaults).
But yeah, they are doable with 3 characters, at least if you use the no level limit option when entering.
I recently finished the last one of them, and there certainly are some missions that can go bad easily even for level 95 characters, as there are many missions that really have nothing to do with character levels (excluding some movement speed enhancing gear).
Lebros Supplies for example is possibly the most annoying and horrible mission I have done, and while it is very likely possible to do with just 3, I would not recommend it unless you are curious/adventurous enough. ^^;
...or so the legend says.
I can't remember exactly why, but back in the 75 cap days the PSC Lebros Assault (the one where you break the walls) was somehow easier with a 60 cap. Something about it cutting the walls HP. I forget. It's been years. Besides that, back when it actually took time to get to the level cap, imposing a level cap was a nice way to do something with your lower level friends.
Those were limited applications then and completely useless now.
Completely abolishing the tag system aside, it'd be nice if people could just help with an assault without needing a tag themselves.
Oh but imagine the congestion that could induce!
And think of the people 'abusing' the reward-system by using a Tag from one of the 3 assumed participants, and then from the second, and then the third, effectively doing a triple amount of runs instead of 1!
I guess they could simply remove any rewards for those without a Tag...
But yeah, I don't see that happening.
Just hoping they will, at least, lower the amount of time required for the accumulation of them Tags.
...or so the legend says.
Well, yeah, just helping wouldn't get you AP or rank up credit. It'd just cut down on those situations where people would help, but their tags are reserved for Nyzul, Salvage, or their own needed clears.
Ahh.. ic now i can enter w/o cap (thank you for info) , ok but at least maybe someday it gonna be allowed to enter solo assault missions. Cause i really no wonna /shout everytime when i going to do few missions .
