Dev's ~ Request regarding Merit points and Nomad Moogles

Dev's please consider allowing us to spend our Merit Points (anywhere) rather
than just in the moghouse.

Dev's also please consider adding a Nomad Moogle to all Abyssea zones so
we don't need to reset our lights every time a job change is needed.

While I can see a point in the near future where I wont care about my own xp,
I'd like to be able to kill mobs after a job change without others being penalized
for my wanting to load something different.

Perhaps a 'weakness' effect could be put onto people for 5-10 minutes as incentive
to remain on their current jobs for the "balance" you all love to remind us about
so much.
