99 Amano would beat it if people did kaiten and fudo at 100 tp but as sam is overflowing with tp it favours massa by a lot then you have sams job ability which just favour fudo more and in voidwatch people have 300 tp thanks to temp items again this favours massa.

99 Bravua spamming metatron is not going to touch ukon nerf or no nerf lets not kid ourselves here, upheavel is decent but again it's not coming close to ukkos fury.

I can't comment on Mandau, ive got not idea what that weapon has been like since 75.

It's similar to SAM. THF has over 200% TP by the time SA or TA cools off and can drop a 4.25-5.25 fTP Rudras while Mercy Stroke is always stuck at 3.0 fTP +25% WS damage. Also Rudras has greater synergy with Sneak Attack because it's DEX based.

For me yes, it can be, becuse if u have a relic/empy shield you must have a shield that are the best in the game,good for all fight!(one perfect for magical and good for physical , and the other good for magical and perfect for physical)

When i made my aegis,i took 1 a year and 300m, and now the pld are a shit and the shield are usable only for certain boss... this is ridiculous.

The real answer is to give Aegis +40 ATT +30 ACC and +25% WS damage.
