Both shields have their uses, and both shields are immensely better than any other shield in the game. Aegis owners really don't have anything to complain about.

Ochian block rate is 99%, Aegis block rate is 50%, and a shield type like koeing is 35%.
If Aegis block rate will be increment to 60-75% and lowering the damage blocket to 65-50% this make Aegis a shield capable of tanking good the Physical boss (not like the Ochian), because a lot of time in VW the leader prefer Ochain than Aegis...

Why would you make Aegis more capable of tanking physical things? That's not it's purpose. It's already a very good physical shield compared to the non-Relic/Empyrean and it fills a perfect role as a magic damage mitigation shield.
You're asking for a relic to be adjusted because it doesn't fulfill a role as well as an empyrean does, when by comparison, the Empyrean doesn't fulfill a certain role (magic damage mitigation) as well when compared to Aegis.
Should we give Ochain the -MDT so we make it a good shield capable against magic casting mobs?
No.
For me yes, it can be, becuse if u have a relic/empy shield you must have a shield that are the best in the game, good for all fight!(one perfect for magical and good for physical , and the other good for magical and perfect for physical)
When i made my aegis,i took 1 a year and 300m, and now the pld are a shit and the shield are usable only for certain boss... this is ridiculous.
