    Click and buy SUCKS so bad it hurts

    had my alt cancelled for no reason at all.
    Could not log onto account reactivation in game, password rejected (20 tries)
    Finally got hold of chat help (they lumped me in with europe, I live in NZ, u guys got an atlas??? they are only available while I sleep)
    Took me more than 2 hours total to get them to PLEASE ACCEPT MY $ again.
    then they sent me an e-mail confirming reactivation..............
    I STILL CAN"T LOG ON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
