/DNC has less downtime as compare to /WHM if you're using your sub as solo healing. Unless you want to just let your pet (charm or jug) fight while you sit and rest.

It depends on what you are doing.
If you are melee'ing w/ your pet, /dnc is usually better. If you are not, then /whm.

Once I reached around level 54 i was doing alot of bomb hunting until 75... I used mostly /sch or /whm for this.

however, I dont' imagine there will be much bomb hunting nowadays for xp.

/dnc is doesn't have much to offer below level 30. You get better tools the more you go up. (side note: /blu was best sub imo below level 30)
but yeah, depends on what you are doing/fighting.

Oh hell yeah 1-30 /BLU after that i did /whm but it was slow so i did /dnc to speed up kills with dualwield and keep heals and i never looked back.... Until i unlocked Entropy, having a constant MP pool is addictive. But that's 96+
