Kalasutrax crashes my PS

Details:
Got kicked out of game with message: FFXI error, please reset your console: error ?, ?, ?, 282d44, then went ok till wipe. On 2nd pop, same scenario but message error: 4321c4, 42c9ac.

Steps:
Our LS went out to do Kalasutrx, VW Jeuno T6. All went well before pop and for a few seconds afterwards then got kicked out of game with message: FFXI error, please reset your console: error ?, ?, ?, 282d44, then went ok till wipe. On 2nd pop, same scenario but message error: 4321c4, 42c9ac then i gave up. Others kicked from game also, seems like just too much going on for the game to handle.
