It's like, it's been how many years since FFXI was established? And how many years since the buildings were checked if they remain up to code? Some of the wood might be rotting or need new roofing or be fire hazards?

Besides, even if we don't spend all that much time there, when we do it's purposeful, and our moogles deserve bigger houses too.

As we get more famous their parties while we're away just get bigger, you know?

I like the idea but the problem with that lies in the fact that they haven't programmed in chairs, people sitting, using objects or -anything- in the game including NPC's! Shocking actually! That'd be a big big project for them.

Well, take a look at the /jobemotes that they came out with. While the poses are temporary, It could at least be a stepping stone to creating a /sit command that would work with beds (and chairs if they would have the time/effort to program them). Mind you, this is just an idea that I've had for a while and I just wanted to through out there. ^^

I'll probably hit that same problem down the road... But my Mog safe is for decorations only! Ever since buying that mog sack I've kept gear in it. Once I have the locker and satchel, man oh man will I be completely unpressed for space.

All of my bags and sacks and lockers are at least 75/80. I try to keep my actual inventory at no more than 70 so it doesn't take me 35 minutes to gear swap. This is a challenge. It's not even an option for me to think about building up elemental affinity for specific moghancements or even gardening. Many players are in this same situation. A special safe with maybe 30-50 slots that will only hold furniture would be amazingly helpful. SE could then start introducing more trophy furniture (mounted fafnir skulls, a behemoth skin rug) to show off your achievements that you could collect from title changer NPCS. I'm not a very sentimental player and have never really cared much for anything but reaching goals and moving on to the next one, but this is something even I would get really excited about.

Well now that sounds like a more reasonable idea, but at the same time, this is about expanding the size of our mog houses rather than encroaching storage issues. They said they were working on things to help fix that more, and I believe them.

I have 80 storage too, it's not about that. I want to collect many more things for my mog house to display and decorate with to be honest! Keep in mind. I have 80 storage with my mog safe still being just 30! (Anyone wanna lend me expansion beds and items on Quetzalcotl? xD)
