Expanding mog house!

I have 80 storage too, it's not about that. I want to collect many more things for my mog house to display and decorate with to be honest! Keep in mind. I have 80 storage with my mog safe still being just 30! (Anyone wanna lend me expansion beds and items on Quetzalcotl? xD)

and yes i would love a bigger home too, many people seen my treasure hole got "wwoooow" and i would love to have a home, not only treasure hole^^

i thaught it over, what about putting skins in front of fire place to sit on? like ram skin maybe or ice bear skin^^
and i did spend time in my mh just sitting there with friends and chat, and i would love to invite friends just to sit there, drink coffee, have some cake or cookies and talk about plans we making for doing nm or bcnm, rank fight or whatever^^

I second this. Like many others, I enjoy decorating my moghouse but find that trying to create a home feeling is difficult. Also many of my decorations don't always transition well from the sleeping area to wardrobe, to small dinning area. I'd also like to add another suggestion for the crafters/herbalist who need specific auras.

-Rather than make the entire home subjected to auras, make the primary the Aura affected area and additional areas Aura-effect negated. This way even crafters can still decorate their MH without worry of losing Aura effects due to furnishings they place in the expansion areas. Currently I have to keep most of my plants on mules cause of furniture aura overpowering Auras for growing >.< If not then possibly the option to turn aura on certain pieces available ;;

I definitely support this idea, but here's my two cents to tack on. Please let me know what you think!

Being able to have minimal interactions with pieces of furnishings, like being able to sit on a bed or having a chair that you can sit on! Sitting on the floor is rather uncomfortable when I have a lovely noble's bed that I can't even lounge on! Now, I'm not saying that we should be able to pick up a book from a bookcase and be able to chuck it at a random visitor (as humorous as that would be). But can we at least be able to sit somewhere more comfortable in our own houses?

Or maybe even change the color/size of the rug? That ugly tan really clashes with most of my furnishings!

I like the idea but the problem with that lies in the fact that they haven't programmed in chairs, people sitting, using objects or -anything- in the game including NPC's! Shocking actually! That'd be a big big project for them.

Side note: I'm not sure what the PS' limitations might be, but I'd think that adding the expanded mog house mappings and such would just be a patch thing. A few extra files in an update, not exactly a game changer.

What are the PS limitations people seem to be talking about? Anything specific worth noting in this case?

Well, take a look at the /jobemotes that they came out with. While the poses are temporary, It could at least be a stepping stone to creating a /sit command that would work with beds (and chairs if they would have the time/effort to program them). Mind you, this is just an idea that I've had for a while and I just wanted to through out there. ^^
