Macros saved to server - do not reload correctly from Windows to PS3

Recently my wife wanted to change platforms from Windows to PS3. We saved her macros to the server using Control, Alt, shift b. When we loaded the macros from the server to the PS3 we noticed that her first set of macros in book one had been reset to the new player default macros rather than the macros that were saved to the server.

    Platform: Windows, PS3
    ISP: Comcast
    Type of Internet Connection: Cable
    Internet Connection Speed: 15Mbps
    Date & Time: January 14, 2012
    Frequency: Every time (reproduces reliably)
    Character Name: Skatha
    Race: Elvaan
    World: Valefor
    Main Job: War level 95
    Support Job: Ninja
Area and Coordinates: Character select screen
    Party or Solo: Solo
    NPC Name: None
    Monster Name: none
    Steps:
    1. Go to character select screen. Highlight the character whose macros you wish to save to the server; press the keys Control, Alt, Shift and B simultaneously. Get message "Save character's data to server?" Highlight yes and press enter. Get message "you have saved character's data to the server"

    2. Log in to machine you are switching character to. Go to character select screen. and highlight the character whose macros you would like to load from the server (same character as in step 1). Press the keys Control, Alt, Shift and R simultaneously.
Get message "would you like to load character's data from the server?" Highlight yes and hit enter. Get message "You have loaded characters data from the server."

    3. Log into character and realize that Main jobs macro set is now set to default macros.
