    Regarding GoV, leveling in old-style EXP parties didn't teach you how to play your job either. It only taught you how to work in EXP parties. At least now you can dive right into content that will teach you (more or less) what's important for your job at endgame, as opposed to teaching you how to pull crabs for hours on end.
