More chance to get materials for high Clothcraft recipes

I got clothcraft 99 few months ago and looking at 100/100+ recipes i've noticed that for 3 of the 5 recipes is almost impossible find materials .
Stuffs like Eltoro leather and yoichi's sash are impossible to find on AH since only comes from old contents that now are "dead".
Could be really good add those items as possible drops in contents like VW, abyssea gold boxes or WoE.

I know there are other alternatives, that's just for completion.

Those recipes are as dead as the content the materials come from...

If you want to craft any of them, just do the BCs for them. Some of them could be solod at 75, and others are soloable at 99.

There are six recipes for lvl.100!

Kirah - I suggest you make Ebon Frocks (not listed as a 100 synth on some sites as it's newer) and Cursed Dalmatica. Looking on ffxiah.com, I think you can still turn a profit on these on your server (and the sell rate on the Dalmys is not too bad). I sold all of the Ebon Frocks I made at profit over the last three months (nine in total of the sixteen that were sold in that period). Yes I have no idea why ppl who want Ebon Frocks can't craft them themselves, but w/e, they sell ok.

Fortunately on my server, the price of Galateia dropped to 10k, so Blessed Briaults were only a very small loss.

I got a fair few skillups by Amity Cape -> Peace Cape -> Errant Cape on only a small loss too. Found Eltoro Leather popped up every couple of weeks.

Never seen a Yoichi's Sash tho

Have you considered registering your character on ffxiah.com and guildwork.com? You can set items up as 'Wanted' on ffxiah.com and then link your character to guildwork.com and that site will send you automatic e-mails about 30mins after said items appear on the AH if you're finding constantly checking the AH a major chore.

Many thanks Haldarn i will try with ebon frocks asap. About the registration on guild/ah i have that, but rarely those mats pop on auction house and when it happens i always buy .
