as a percentage, the number of bazaars is higher, and the number of people in that area that are actively browsing bazaars is also higher, because there are fewer other things to do in that area.

As covered earlier I wouldn't mind a dedicated purpose area (much preferable to an area with monsters in it- you can concievably kill bazaar people by dragging NMs over there), but we really already have the ideal area in the chocobo circuit because it can be accessed from every major city including aht urghan, and its currently a very low traffic area.
