Here a suggestion that my be far fetch but maybe could have some merit. How about just adding a new zone to jeuno specific to bazaar in.

I'd honestly rather them remove the tax on the chocobo circuit- After all, the auction houses have been unified and you can use them from every city, why not the same thing for bazaars?
