Until people move back there. Then it's no longer the best place.

Wherever the bazaars are, there will be lag and there will be not all character models visible. Outside town is the worst place becuase you have to walk out there and zone. You're not going to escape the lag / display limitations anywhere. I know this from experience. When our bazaars were outside town, I would have to start on one side, check the bazaars, inch forward a bit until more characters displayed, check them, move to the other side, repeat a few more times. Anyone who thinks there is less lag or no character display problems is crazy.

(I'm sure most people are complaining about bazaars in port jeuno, but really anyone who bazaars there is an idiot, because odds are, nobody is going to see your shop).

There's a reason rolan/batallia/saramart ended: Because it was inconvenient as all hell and the jeuno tax was removed, and most people didn't like going out there, they simply did it to avoid the tax.

Rolanmart is very strong on the bismark and its getting even stronger, I visit it adleast once every couple of days..I feel bad for some servers if there rolanmart has dried up. I visit port jueno to shop just as a 2nd option if rolanmart do not have what I'm looking for but it sucks in port jueno hidden character models are overwheming, when shopping at rolanmart I never really have that problem.

I don't, because the whole idea was stupid to begin with. The reason it was done in the first place had nothing to do with lag or characters not displaying (which are both still a problem no matter where the bazaars go), it was all about evading the bazaar tax- heck, most people wouldn't even bazaar if there wasn't listing fees for the AH- this is all about saving gil.

Yes, apparently bismark is the only server that likes terrible ideas. I'm glad I'm not on that server if being there means having to walk to the end of town and zone out to go shopping.

Honestly I'm finding that bazaaring is happening less and less because few items in the game sell for a high enough value to where the AH fees become a problem, and all that's left is currency and a handful of other non-AHable items.

The limit is arbitrary, it's not a matter of whether our PCs can handle it or not
