Fang Arrow is currently not quiverable, and I can come up with no intentional reason that it would be this way. I'd like to see them become quiverable in a future game update.

been like that as long as I can remember... there are several arrows/bolts/bullets that aren't quiverable if I remember right. Never understood it myself either...but it is what it is. Maybe it was some screwy market driven issue or something.
Alternatively there is the Beetle Arrow with nearly identical stats (just a little less damage) which is a bit easier to synth--beetle jaws vs. Black Tiger fangs to make the arrow heads (get over 8k a stack from quest vs 5-6k on the AH). If they made these quiverable, you might see the AH price for fangs ramp up really fast. Then again, that may be a good thing for the market right now......
