Scholar's Healing Over time - Modus Curatio

You gave us Regen V, and we're grateful, honest we are. But regens are known for being dispelled before they get to do their full job, or flat out not restoring enough HP to keep a tank going, so we end up spamming Cure IV's anyway.

We need a helping hand here, and here's where my suggestion comes in.

Give Scholar's a new Job Ability. Modus Curatio.

As the name implies, this JA would perform a similar task to Modus Veritas does to Helix spells, namely doubling their potency (Turning a 69 hp/tick Regen V into a whopping 138 hp/tick Regen V) while halving their remaining duration. The amount healed remains the same, but the target gets the amount much faster, making Scholar far more useful as backup healers, or even as primary healers.

Of course, such a powerful skill would need a shorter cooldown than others. 1 minute seems fair for such an ability, preventing it from being used on every party member, but ensuring it's available when needed to refresh the spell on your tanks.

You defeated your own idea by suggesting it could make SCH primary healers. SE made it very clear that WHM is the only healer.
