    SE dont want people able to put their rar/ex drop in chest, because they're dont want people starting to sell rar/ex items for gils.

    the drop rate is too low to make it a viable source of gil, even if u afk in zone with a comment for weeks you'd still have to use a stone to be eligible for spoils. More so when i can take my war and rdm mule and make over about 3mil per hr cleaving mandies for afk ppl it seems less and less of a good idea.
